It’s delicious with just a dash of soda, a slice of lemon or a sprig of sea parsley, or just neat over ice.

Description

New Season Botanical Gin – Handmade, hand bottled, hand labeled and sealed with the wax from Sadie’s bee hives. You’ll get 500ml of this distinctly Southern Tasmanian gin, made with a selection of organic, native botanicals from Fat Pig Farm’s spring garden. It’s been distilled and turned into an naturally aromatic beverage, carefully crafted by our Abel Gin guru, Natalie Fryar. We think it’s delicious with just a dash of tonic, a slice of lemon or a sprig of sea parsley, or just neat over ice.

Abel Gin Co.’s botanical still was designed and built by an old wine making buddy of Nat’s from copper and stainless steel, with an in-built steam basket. Each batch is nurtured to ensure every still run meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
