Handmade, hand bottled, hand labeled. You’ll get 700ml of the most gorgeous pink gin, crafted by distilling guru at Abel Gin, Natalie Fryar. The gin, made using Tassie botanicals is gently sweetened and infused with damsons from Fat Pig’s organic market garden. Slightly lower in alcohol than our botanical gin (25% ABV), we think it’s delicious with a slice of lemon, or drunk neat over ice.
This is a cracking, limited supply, beautifully bottled gin, complete with a wax seal using beeswax.
Abel Gin Co.’s botanical still was designed and built by an old wine making buddy of Nat’s from copper and stainless steel, with an in-built steam basket. Each batch is hand crafted and carefully nurtured to ensure every still run meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
