Pack your scarves and beanies, it’s winter! Join us for a day of roaring fires and hearty cold weather cooking. We’ll light Bessie, our wood fired cooker and while she’s heating, we’ll gather ingredients in the winter garden. We’ll spend the morning cooking what we’ve harvested and then sit down for a winter feast of what we’ve prepared.
