What a feast! Tassie does amazing pinot, and we – not to blow our own trumpets – think we do amazing pork.
So, to celebrate the best of both, and the fact they are utterly made for each other, we’re going to combine them into a delicious long table feast.
At this special Feast we’ll tempt you with our heritage breed, free-range pork; perhaps cured, smoked, roasted, or possibly even grilled over fire, amongst other options. We’ll match your multi-course farmhouse meal with our favourite Tassie pinot noirs and we’re good to go!
Of course we’ll harvest the best from the garden in preparation for your menu, so if you prefer veg with your pinot, we can do that too!
And we’ll take you on a walk to see the land that produced your lunch.
