Matthew & Sadie will offer a tour of the farm, you’ll get to meet our adorable pigs, share some yummy nibbles with ingredients straight from the garden, and enjoy a complimentary drink. All this and we’ll have  talk about this extraordinary book that encourages us all to do better with the sourcing before we even get to the sourcing, in order to put more flavoursome dinner on the table. The bar will be open for more local cider, wine and spirits. Books will be available on the day, Matthew will be happy to personalise them.
