Not just for us, but for you too, because we’re very excited to be hosting our first ever Chatto Wine Lunch. You’ll start at Jim and Daisy’s new cellar door for a tasting and a sticky beak. Then it’s down the hill to our restaurant for a Farm Feast, where the menu will pair seamlessly with their award-winning, exemplary wines.
Jim has created three very different pinot noirs from grapes grown in various parts of Tasmania. Many of you already know the rare and prized Chatto wines. This is a rare opportunity to catch-up with Jim and Daisy over a long Fat Pig Farm Feast. Wear your boots because our usual farm tour will hone the appetite mid-meal.
