Take a deep dive with Sandor Katz into the extraordinary world of fermentation. Thanks to Sharon Flynn at The Fermentary, the remarkable Sandor Katz is coming to Fat Pig Farm. If you’ve had a bit of experience with fermentation this will be a great opportunity to share your questions and ideas with Sandor about the noble art of controlling rot and its’ role in great gastronomy.
Kirsten Bradley from Milkwood will join Sadie to host. We will harvest vegetables and herbs from the garden and spend the day chopping, bashing, salting and sharing stories and ideas about fermentation, including a light lunch of Fat Pig Ferments.
We will also be hosting a dinner that evening.
